We have some of the highest exam pass rates in the industry for certifications including PRINCE2™, ITIL® and ISEB. Many of our courses are developed to provide you with an understanding of how to apply these skills in your organisation, as well as, of course, passing the exam.

Soft Skills

We have a wide range of courses dedicated to developing the skills you need to progress your career on a personal level, including personal development, managerial skills, team development, and customer service. Finally, we provide desktop applications training for computer users.

QA-Xpertise has been providing training since the 1980s, and our achievements during that period include being one of the first Novell Authorised Education Centres in the world. We have continued to grow our portfolio, forging partnerships with vendors including Microsoft, Oracle and IBM. Since then we have grown steadily, adding to our portfolio of training courses and geographic coverage.. In 2008 Xpertise was acquired by QA-IQ Group to become part of  the largest provider of technology training in the UK, as well as benefiting from an expanded portfolio of professional best practice and management skills.

Local resources – national strength

QA-Xpertise operates on both a local and national basis – providing local support, backed by a nationwide infrastructure. Our sales consultants and trainers are based locally, where they need to be – we only centralise back-office and administration functions. We have twenty seven locations nationwide from Aberdeen to Exeter, including four in London, and each close to major communications routes. All training centres are equipped to a high standard, with air conditioning, large, comfortable classrooms and relaxing break-out areas.
